The rent increase next month for those who rent three bedroom houses from the Southway Housing Trust(sic) is 6.67% / £230 a year. There won’t be much left over from the £220 that a head of household who is in work gains from the increase in their tax allowance.

Hi Sam, unfortunately everything is going up except people’s income and I feel things will only get worse under any of the three main parties.
