An ex-Marine Engineering Artificer with the Royal Navy. Also worked as a Process Controller for Greater Manchester Waste at Bolton Thermal Recovery Facility. I was a member of the Green Party, and have supported the WWF, UNICEF, FOE, Greenpeace, WDM and other NGO’s in trying to bring about change for the better. A member of River Bain Hydro Ltd, Stockport Hydro, Thrives Renewables, Triodos Bank and Coopérnico.  

I now live in the East Algarve, next to the Spanish border.  

The image, is of me, transplanting creeper plant, to encourage reforestation, in Sabah, North Borneo.  Whilst on a trip with the WWF(UK), view the damage done to old growth forest, by Palm Oil plantations.
